Welcome to GPS ASSIST. By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
1. About Us
GPS ASSIST provides GPS tracking devices and software services for personal and business use. We operate from the UK and provide support via email at info@gpsassist.co.uk.
2. Use of Our Services
By using our products or services, you agree that:
- •You are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian.
- •You will use the devices and app only for lawful purposes.
- •You will not tamper with, misuse, or resell our devices without permission.
3. Orders & Payment
- •All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- •Payment must be made in full before any device is dispatched.
- •We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Delivery
- •We offer free delivery within the UK, with an estimated arrival time of up to 4 working days from dispatch.

5. Returns & Refunds
- •You may return an unused device in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- •Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- •Used or activated devices are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

6. Subscriptions & Minimum Term
All GPS tracking subscriptions are subject to a 12-month minimum term commitment from the date of activation.
- •By purchasing a subscription, you agree to maintain your subscription for a minimum period of 12 consecutive months.
- •Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan.
- •If you cancel your subscription before the end of the 12-month minimum term, you remain liable to pay the full subscription fees for the remainder of the minimum term period.
- •After the initial 12-month minimum term has been completed, you may cancel your subscription at any time with notice before the next billing period.
- •The 12-month minimum term applies to all new subscriptions and restarts with each new device activation.
- •Failure to maintain payment during the minimum term may result in service suspension and legal action to recover outstanding fees.
7. Device Installation & Use
- •Devices must be used as intended — either plug-in (OBD) or professionally installed depending on model.
- •We are not responsible for improper installation or damage caused by misuse.
- •Business users are responsible for informing drivers and ensuring legal use of tracking.
8. App Usage
- •Use of the GPS ASSIST app is subject to this agreement and our Privacy Policy.
- •We may update or modify the app features at any time without prior notice.
- •You must not reverse engineer or misuse the app or platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
- •GPS ASSIST is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from use or inability to use our services.
- •Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the device or subscription in question.
10. Warranties
- •Our devices come with a 12-month hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects.
- •Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, or improper installation.
11. Privacy
- •We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at gpsassist.co.uk/privacy-policy.
- •By using our app or services, you consent to this data use.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the UK legal system.
