Welcome to GPS ASSIST. By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
1. About Us
GPS ASSIST provides GPS tracking devices and software services for personal and business use. We operate from the UK and provide support via email at info@gpsassist.co.uk.
2. Use of Our Services
By using our products or services, you agree that:
You are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian.
You will use the devices and app only for lawful purposes.
You will not tamper with, misuse, or resell our devices without permission.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full before any device is dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Delivery
We offer free delivery within the UK, with an estimated arrival time of up to 4 working days from dispatch.

5. Returns & Refunds
You may return an unused device in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Used or activated devices are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

6. Subscriptions
Access to GPS tracking services may require an active subscription.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your plan.
You are responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription before the next billing period.
7. Device Installation & Use
Devices must be used as intended — either plug-in (OBD) or professionally installed depending on model.
We are not responsible for improper installation or damage caused by misuse.
Business users are responsible for informing drivers and ensuring legal use of tracking.
8. App Usage
Use of the GPS ASSIST app is subject to this agreement and our Privacy Policy.
We may update or modify the app features at any time without prior notice.
You must not reverse engineer or misuse the app or platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
GPS ASSIST is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the device or subscription in question.
10. Warranties
Our devices come with a 12-month hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, or improper installation.
11. Privacy
We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at gpsassist.co.uk/privacy-policy.
By using our app or services, you consent to this data use.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the UK legal system.
